This
means that someone has to be at your shipping address to sign for the
package, or Fed Ex will leave you a slip with your tracking # and delivery
options. If you are unavailable, you can pick up your package the same
night at your local Fed Ex station or delivery will be re-attempted 2 more
times before the package is sent back to us.
If
after 3 days you have been unable to retrieve your package, Fed Ex will
then attempt to return your package to us. Please call us immediately if
this happens, and we will try to revert the package back to you once
again.
Signature Waiver
If
you prefer not to sign for your package you can
email us or simply
write "waive signature" in our "comments" area during the "check out"
process for orders under $500.00. However, in order to waive your
signature, we will ship your package
via U.S. Post Priority insured mail, instead of FedEx. Post Office
shipments may add a few extra days of ship-time to your order.
P.O. Boxes
Fed
Ex does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please be sure to indicate a physical
shipping address when ordering. If you still prefer to use a P.O. Box for
your shipping address, we will ship your order via U.S. Post Priority mail
insured instead of FedEx.
However, we may refuse to ship to PO Boxes on larger orders and call you
to request a physical street address for a FedEx delivery.
U.S. Military APO / FPO Addresses
We
offer free shipping to the U.S. Military, using the US Post Priority Mail
service. Please keep in mind that Fed Ex does not deliver to APO/FPO
addresses and delivery may take several weeks, depending on your location.
Delivery Time
Be
sure to view the shipping time on your particular order. Choosing an
Express or Priority Shipping method does not mean that the processing
time on your product will be faster. Be sure to read the shipping and
processing time on your item's product information page. Please also keep
in mind that "Business Days" do not include weekends or holidays.

Current shipping rates start as follows, and
may vary slightly based on your orders total value:
Fed Ex 3 Day, Insured: $10.00
Fed Ex 2 Day, Insured: $15.00
Fed Ex Overnight: $25.00
Shipping rates are inclusive of insurance,
handling fees, and contractual agreements which we have obtained from
FedEx.
