You must be the legal owner of all property provided to Apples of Gold Jewelry and be on your own behalf (not as an agent or representative of the legal owner). Additionally, you are required to be at least 21 years of age in order to conduct business with Apples of Gold Jewelry. Apples of Gold Jewelry may, but shall not be obligated or required to, request documentation or other proof of compliance with the stated terms.

We highly recommend that you ship with FedEx or UPS and insure your jewelry for its full value. Apples of Gold Jewelry will not be held liable for loss or damage of jewelry during transit. Please retain any and all shipping receipts and tracking information until you have received confirmation from us of receipt of your jewelry. Any loss or damage claims must be conducted via your shipping carrier, independent of Apples of Gold.

You may request a verbal valuation of your jewelry via telephone. All offers and valuations, however, will be finalized via email. We will request an email reply from you confirming that you have accepted our offer and that you wish for us to proceed. Upon acceptance, the jewelry in question becomes the legal possession of Apples of Gold Jewelry, at which time it will be liquidated and melted as scrap gold. All jewelry will be subject to verification of gold karat content.

Upon acceptance of our valuations, you will receive a store credit towards the purchase of any jewelry from our store, with no expiration or limitation.

If you are not satisfied with the valuation of your jewelry, Apples of Gold Jewelry will ship your jewelry back to you within 1 business day of your decision via FedEx delivery. Return Shipping fees will apply.
