Processing & Ship Times
The processing times for all of our jewelry
items are listed underneath the
"shipping information" on your particular items product page, as shown
below.
To view the processing time on your
particular jewelry item, please see your product's detail page by
searching for your item's SKU.
Please Note: Selecting
2nd Day or Overnight shipping does not necessarily mean that your jewelry will
arrive the next day, but that once the processing time on your jewelry
order is complete, it will ship via your selected shipping service.
For
example, if the above item has a "3-4 Business Day" processing time, & you
choose FedEx 2nd Day Service. Your item will be delivered within 5-6
business days (taking into account both processing & shipping method).
Please
note that "Business Days" does not include weekends or holidays.
Once
your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking # via email.

order status or you may also check your
order status online.
Stock
Levels
We have a high-stock
rating of approx. 99%! If for some reason, however, we
are out of stock on your particular item, we will notify you via phone
or email usually within 24 to 48 hours of your order, in case you need to make other arrangements
or to keep your jewelry on back-order. We will always notify you of how
long a back-order will usually take, so that you can make an informed
decision.
