Policy
At Apples of Gold Jewelry, we absolutely stand behind the quality and value
of our products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
jewelry purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 45 days for
a full refund!
We recommend reading below to gain a thorough understanding of our company
polices.
Refunds will be issued in the same method in which payment was
originally made usually within 3-5 business days of receiving your jewelry
return.

We recommend insuring your jewelry
when shipping it back to us. Please keep all mailing receipts until the refund
or exchange has been confirmed by us, which we will do via email once your
return or exchange has been processed. Please note shipping fees are
non-refundable.
Engraved Jewelry
Jewelry that has been
engraved with personalization, such as a ring with inside engraving or an ID
Bracelet that has been engraved is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Wedding Bands
Exchanges or returns of wedding bands are allowed
one time only per customer within 45 days of receipt of your order. Ring sizes
above 13 are by custom order and are subject to a restocking fee.
Personalized Rings
Personalized rings are individually
custom made and are therefore non-returnable. These include our personalized
name rings, Bible Verse Rings, Wedding Vow Rings, and
personalized rings.
Sizing options, however, are available if your
personalized ring does not fit. We will have your ring re-made for you for a
charge of $99 (within 45 days of receipt of your order).
Platinum
Wedding Bands
Since our platinum wedding bands are
individually handmade to order, there is a 10% Restocking Fee for returns or
exchanges on Platinum Wedding Bands. This restocking fee does not apply to
platinum engagement rings, but to platinum wedding bands only.
Watches
Returns on Watches are accepted
within 10 Business Days of receipt of your order. Watches must be returned in
their new and unused original condition.
Custom & Special
Orders
Jewelry
that has been custom made for you or special ordered is non-exchangeable
and non-returnable.
