The center gemstone is a traditional "AA" rated, faceted 6mm red garnet weighing approx. 1.10 carats.
The marquise diamonds that beset the garnet gem on each side are four 3mm x 1.5mm marquise diamonds weighing 0.035 carats each for a total and two 3.5mm x 1.75mm marquise diamonds weighing 0.05 carats for a total of 0.24 carats (1/4 carat of diamonds).
