2 Day Service, Overnight, and Saturday Delivery.

Every
shipment is fully insured for its full item value. A UPS® tracking # will
be emailed to you once your order has shipped, so you may track your order at
every step.
We may, at
our discretion, choose FedEx® instead of UPS® on select shipments.
Signature Delivery
In order
for us to be able to insure your jewelry for its full value when we ship, it is
required also that we obtain a signature from you on all UPS shipments.
This means
that someone has to be at your shipping address to sign for the package, or UPS will leave you a slip with your tracking # and delivery options. If you are
unavailable, you can pick up your package the same night at your local UPS
station or delivery will be re-attempted 2 more times before the package is sent
back to us.
Signature Waiver
We may
give you the option of waiving the signature on orders under $300.00 U.S.
P.O. Boxes
UPS does
not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please be sure to indicate a physical shipping
address when ordering. If you still prefer to use a P.O. Box for your shipping
address, we will ship your order via U.S. Post Priority mail insured instead of
UPS. Please note that Post Office orders require an additional 1-2 business days
to process.
However,
we may refuse to ship to PO Boxes on larger orders and call you to request a
physical street address for a UPS delivery.
U.S. Military APO / FPO Addresses
We offer
free shipping to the U.S. Military, using the US Post Priority Mail service.
Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses and
delivery may take several weeks, depending on your location.
Delivery Time
Be sure to
view the shipping time on your particular order. Choosing an Express or
Priority Shipping method does not mean that the processing time on your
product will be faster. Be sure to read the shipping and processing time on
your item's product information page. Please also keep in mind that "Business
Days" do not include weekends or holidays.
