Apples of Gold ® absolutely stands behind the value and quality of

jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry
purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 45 days for
a full refund!
Refunds will be issued in the same method in which payment was
originally made, usually within 3-5 business days of receiving your jewelry
return.

Custom
Orders
Jewelry
that has been custom made for you or special ordered is non-exchangeable
and non-returnable. We may make an exception on select custom ordered items for
a minimal restocking fee.
Engraved Jewelry
Jewelry that has been engraved
with personalization is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Personalized
Jewelry
Personalized jewelry items are individually
custom made and are non-returnable. These include our personalized
name rings, family jewelry, name pendants, Bible Verse Rings, and other
personalized jewelry.
However, sizing options are available if your
personalized ring does not for a remaking fee of $125 (within 45 days of receipt of your order).
Platinum Wedding Bands
Since each of our high quality
platinum wedding bands are handmade to order,
there is a 10% restocking fee on returns and exchanges of platinum wedding
bands.
Shipping
Apples of Gold offers Free Shipping via UPS Ground, and
expedited shipping options such as 3 Day, 2 Day, & Overnight options are
available for an additional fee. There is a $35.00 flat-rate charge for most international shipments,
although some countries with farther destinations may cost slightly more.
All shipping options will be displayed during the Check Out process prior to
finalizing your order.
