Extended 45 Day Return Policy

Apples of Gold® absolutely stands behind the value and quality of all its jewelry. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 45 days for a full refund!

Full Refunds will be issued in the same method in which payment was originally made, usually within 3-5 business days of receiving your jewelry return.

Standard Jewelry

All of our standard jewelry items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 45 days.

Personalized Jewelry

Any jewelry that has been personalized, such as with an engraving or name personalization is considered a custom order and is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. In some cases, we will make exceptions for a restocking fee. If a ring that has been personalized, for example, does not fit, we can often salvage the gold and remake you a new ring for a small fee. Please contact us if your personalized jewelry needs to be re-made. This also includes all items from our Bible Verse Rings category, our Personalized Jewelry category, as well as rings or pendants which have been engraved with a personalization.

Custom Orders

From time to time, we customize our jewelry to meet your specifications. Any item that has been altered from its original design is considered a custom order and is non-returnable & non-exchangeable. We will, however, try to work with you and arrange a custom re-making fee if your item needs to be re-made.
