Our Privacy Policy is very simple. We do not sell or give away any information to anyone or any company or organization. Period!

This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any other information given to us. We are strong believers in keeping your information secure from marketers and other solicitors.

In addition to keeping your information safe from marketing companies, we also use secure encrypted SSL technology through both Verisign, our credit card processing company, and GeoSign, our secure socket server (https: technology) to keep your information secure. Sensitive information is scrambled and encoded through this technology to keep your information private.

This is actually a moral stance for us. We believe that marketers and companies who sell or give away their customers' information have strayed far away from the ethical limits of their business practice. We actually believe that it is unethical to sell customers' information under any and all circumstances.

The only time that you will receive information from us is under the following circumstances: (1) To verify order information if needed or to give you updates on your order. We may either contact you by phone or email for this purpose. (2) Occasionally, approx. once every 1-3 months, we will send an email to our current customers offering product updates, special offers, or discounts on our jewelry. This is for internal use only and offers will be strictly from our own company. You can opt-out from this service at any time simply by notifying us anytime before or after your order.
