jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry
purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 45 days for
a full refund!
Refunds will be issued in the same method in which payment was
originally made usually within 3-5 business days of receiving your jewelry
return.

Custom
Orders
Jewelry
that has been custom made for you or special ordered is non-exchangeable
and non-returnable. We may make an exception on select custom ordered items and
take the item back with a small restocking fee.
Engraved Jewelry
Jewelry that has been
engraved with personalization is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Personalized Rings
Personalized rings are individually
custom made and are non-returnable. These include our personalized
name rings, Bible Verse Rings, Wedding Vow Rings, and other
personalized rings.
Sizing options are available if your
personalized ring does not for a remaking fee of $125 (within 45 days of receipt of your order).
Platinum Wedding Bands
Since each of our high quality
platinum wedding bands are handmade to order,
there is a 10% restocking fee on returns and exchanges of platinum wedding
bands.
Shipping
We offer free FedEx shipping on all our orders with expedited
shipping upgrades available, including FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Overnight.
Shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
International Orders
We ship to most international destinations, including Canada,
Europe, Australia, and parts of Asia.
