We recommend that you use a secure carrier such as FedEx or UPS. Post office is acceptable also, but we recommend insuring all shipments in the rare case of transit loss or damage.

Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Once you have been refunded, we will email you to confirm your refund. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method from your order.

EXCHANGES

If you are exchanging your jewelry, please circle the item you are returning and write on your invoice or paperwork: "EXCHANGE FOR" and write the new item# and any pertinent details, such as size, color, etc.

If you do not have your invoice, please be sure to include your order # and/or name and phone number, so we can identify your order.

Exchanges must be made within the standard 45 day return policy period.

Once received and processed, we will charge or credit only the net difference between the items that you are exchanging back to your original payment method and ship out your new jewelry. Processing may take up to 3 business days, but we try to get to them as soon as possible.
