Our 2 inch tall US Military style dog tag necklace is crafted in pure 14k solid gold and made to military specifications in terms of size.
U.S. issued military dog tags are 2" tall x 1 1/8" wide. We made this a thick and substantial piece that you can enjoy forever at 1.5mm thick to make it durable, heirloom quality piece that will last a lifetime and can be passed on through the generations.
The pendant weighs approx. 28.75 grams of 14k solid gold!

The pendant can be engraved on both sides, either vertically (the way the military does it) or horizontally.
For engraving, if engraving vertically (top to bottom), we recommend no more than up to 5 lines per side with up to 15 characters per line. If engraving horizontally (left to right), we recommend no more than up to 6 lines per side and up to 12 characters per line. If you need to engrave more than the suggested guidelines, contact us.
The opening of the hoop for chains measures 6mm x 5mm in size, allowing for most medium to large size chains to fit on this chain.
