(4) We inspect each item for defects before shipping to ensure you are getting a solid product free of damage or manufacturer's defects. If for any reason your item is indeed defective, although it has passed quality control, we will immediately replace or repair your item as required, even in the case of special ordered or custom ordered items. We will also cover all shipping charges.
