Angel Bible Verses

Angels play a prominent role in the Bible. Among the most famous angel Bible verses, the book of Hebrews calls God’s messengers ministering spirits who are sent forth to minister to the heirs of salvation. Sometimes angels appear as men; other times we see them as winged creatures praising God in heaven, and at other times still, warring angels who fight off powers and principalities or grim death angels who slay wicked or unbelieving men. Below are the top Angel Bible Verses for further study, from the King James version of the Bible, organized by book order.
