Also, make sure you are comparing similar items. For example, we cannot compare a handmade gold rope chain to a machine made 14k solid gold link chain, as manufacturing costs and labor vary. STOCK AVAILABILITY & RELIABILITY

When comparing jewelry stores that sell gold chain necklaces, make sure the store you are shopping at has the item in stock and that their prices are up-to-date. Sometimes, a customer will find an out of stock jewelry item elsewhere and want us to price match an essentially non-existent item. Often, these are from outdated and out-of-date defunct websites or “side businesses” that listed something years ago and have not updated their prices to reflect the current price of gold. Please do not expect to pay the same price per gram for an individually handmade gold cross, for example, as you would for a standard link chain. Our price match offer is mainly for gold chains and simpler items that are available at most jewelry stores, but if you are looking at a different item, it does not hurt to ask if budget is a concern. We will always do our best to give you our best price or explain why we cannot beat a price based on numerous factors so that you understand why.
